Account Benefits

Within your account you can monitor the status of an order, ie, 'pending payment', 'pending shipment', or 'completed'. A status of 'completed' means the payment has been received and the order has been shipped. A 'pending payment' status means the payment has been sent or is in the process of clearing, ie. a personal check. A 'pending shipment' status means the payment has been received or cleared and the order will be shipped the next business day. Usually this status is active for a day or less as we ship same or next business day depending on the time the order cleared in our system. The only exceptions to this is holidays and weekends.

Within your account you can review any past orders posted to your account. You can view the full details of all orders, ie. date and time of order, order number, order status, and the products contained in your order. Your shopping cart and wishlist will stay active for up to 90 days. With this you can come back at anytime and the cart and wishlist will still have the items in it from your previous visit.

From within your account you can update account profile, contact information, email address, password etc. You can also subscribe to our mailing lists.
